For example, in Safari, the code that splits the right frame into two rows, in IE instead opens a new window. Perhaps this is tied to Windows' calling windows frames? Same code in Safari does what I expect. My fault for not remembering to check it out in IE. I never use IE, except for software updates every 2nd Tuesday, of course. But users use IE.
Life would be so much simpler without users.
